Arrived around 7pm, the queue was quite long, and we waited for around 45minutes to be seated. The waitress provided us the menu while waiting, and we ordered before being seated. Once we got seated, the food arrived within 5minutes. And the food is so good! The tempura crisps are very thin, and udon is served hot! Recommended!! But the environment is a bit packed, and need to use the overhead compartment if you bought souvenirs🙈

Only Instagram hype. I can‘t recommend it. Food is Okay but more expensive to comparable restaurants. We ordered the very hyped carbonara version. But this comparison doesn’t stand up to the original italian cuisine. Especially when you are from Europe your Italian restaurant at home around every corner will do better. Furthermore the staff is not very friendly. Apparently friendliness is not needed anymore when customers are flooding your establishment due to a social media hype. Only 10 seats available, so waiting is guaranteed. And only group of 2 at a time possible. We waited for nearly 60 minutes, when a group reservation arrived and was put in front of us. That added another 25 minutes. We only stayed because you already have to order when you stand in line. Don’t let customer wait in line when you allow reservations in the most busy hours. So if you still want to go, make a reservation. But I would recommend going to a more flavorful ramen restaurant around the corner with less waiting time and friendly personnel.

The way they set up the wait for the restaurant was a bit misleading. When you initially take a ticket number to wait, you are actually taking a ticket to wait to for your turn to wait in line. I believe lots of people were actually slightly confused about this part, as a lot of people just see the line and wait in line. Once we finally got into after a 90 min wait, we were seated. We ordered not long after, then soon after they asked us to move to accommodate another table of three. This was a bit annoying since we ordered our food already, settled in the have to get back up to move around a tightly seated area. The food was decent, but I would not wait again for it. The Udon which was supposed to be their main dish was only average. Their tempura stole the show, and was by far the best part of the meal. I would only recommend this place if you didn't have to wait for it. Anything longer than 30 mins of a wait is a waste of time in my opinion. P. S. - the ticket machine gives you an estimate for wait time, and it's completely off. Told us it was a 20 mins wait. It took 40 mins for us to get the notification to go line up then another 50 mins to get inside...

I was seriously unimpressed with both the food and the waiting experience to eat here. Like I'm sure everyone else did, I found this place on TikTok. Seeing as so many other people off the platform had good experiences, we decided to try it out. When you arrive theres a ticketing system where they call you to come back, and if you don't arrive within 30 minutes you forfeit your place in line. What they don't tell you is that they're calling you to come wait in line again, which is first come first served. It was absolutely pouring rain and this restaurant is located on a tight street with trucks driving up and down it splashing you. I got the most recommended dish, the carbonara. I could only finish about 30% of it. Legitimately all I could taste was butter, nothing else. There was so much butter inside I started to throw up from acid reflux on the train ride later. The thing that showed me that this was marketed solely towards tourists and TikTok wasn't just the line outside, or the abnormally high prices, but the fact there was a tip box with "Tips appreciated" written in English on the front counter. Don't waste your time coming here just because you saw it online. There are many more great udon places in the area, with better prices, that don't try to clog your arteries.

We were here 3 times: twice in late 2024 and once in late 2025. You grab a ticket from the vending machine, scan the QR code and see when you should come to wait in the main queue. At first we had troubles understanding the system, but it works great. You have 30-40 minutes before coming to the restaurant, after that you wait 20-45 minutes , while in line you pick what you want. The atmosphere of the place is top notch, it is small but the experience is great. Although i must say last year the noodles were better in udon. I mean - they are not bad, but they were slightly overcooked , too soft for our preference. As we have comparison to the udon we tried last year - it had more chew. Great place to visit! Don’t be scared of waiting in line, good time to read a book or watch process of making noodles!
