We don't do fine dining ever. This was my sister's first time. My second. So due to that it was a little intimidating at first. But the staff did a great job of helping us relax and enjoy the experience. They talked to us and made a few jokes, but were always on their game. The food was both experimental and traditional. The wine suggested by the Som was delicious. We drank the entire thing. Overall great experience.

An unforgettable experience at Guy Savoy Paris. The food was exceptional—refined, creative, and executed to perfection. What truly elevates it, though, is the world-class service: warm, attentive, and effortlessly elegant without ever feeling overdone. We’ve dined at Guy Savoy in Las Vegas, which is fantastic in its own right, but there’s something undeniably special about the Paris location—the ambiance, the history, and the soul of the place make it a completely different level of experience. Truly one of the finest meals we’ve had. Highly recommend.

Meilleur restaurant gastronomique à Paris! Since the arrival, the chef will give you a warm welcome, the personnel is quite attentive and makes you feel the whole experience. We were seated at a fantastic view down the Senne. Champagne and wine selection are outstanding! The Food is excellent and delicious. Price vs Food, Service and Atmosphere is totally worth it. We loved this place from the moment we arrived until we left. Exceptional and more than deserved 2 Michelin Stars. Congratulations!

Soak up the sauce with the bread chef said as he winked and walked by. When chef tells you to do something you don’t think twice! Haha It goes without saying this is a once in a lifetime experience. We had the honor of dining in his restaurant in Paris and it was phenomenal. I still think about what a funny lighthearted encounter we had with a chef and all through the night. Because we are American we arrived very early to our reservation. As a result. We had the entire dining room to ourselves for the beginning of our meal. We were catered to hand on foot by all of the staff who were so polite and provided interesting tidbits along the way of the tasting. This is absolutely a meal where you are going to be stuffed by the end. I have honestly never eaten so many courses before with each tasting actually having quite a substantial amount. I’ve only included a couple photos so those who wish to be surprised will be. My absolute favorite dish was actually not part of the official tasting but rather a broth brought between two courses. It was salty, briny and the absolute essence of the sea. I won’t give away too many surprises. We asked the waiter to allow us a blank tasting where they would bring us dishes at the end we provide provided with the menu so that we could revisit the dishes that we enjoyed so much. It was a wonderland of seafood and imagination. Dessert was multiple rounds and always fantastic as well. What I loved about this experience was despite chef being arguably one of the most decorated in the world, he was so kind and personable and make sure we were having a wonderful experience stopping by multiple times. And making the joke about using the bread like a Scarpetta. This is definitely an indulgent experience and I am so appreciative that the team had made it so memorable for us!

Our family celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday at Guy Savoy and as expected it was another memorable experience. The tasting menu was a journey through flavours and textures that one can only experience at Guy Savoy. Thank you for another memorable evening ❤️
