Renata provided one of the best experiences I’ve had at a bar. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome from the moment they walked in. Her drink recommendations were perfect, and you can tell she truly knows her craft. Even during busy moments, she stayed professional, upbeat, and made sure every customer was taken care of. Great energy, amazing service, and an overall awesome personality — Renata is the kind of bartender that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend!

Don’t be catfished by the photos. The rooms are tiny. The luggage rack doesn’t even open comfortably. Our sink had no cold water so we only had scorching hot water. The faucet was loose and did not turn. It wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean. Perfect if you are in your early 20s and plan to cram 4 people into a room to cut costs and want to be in the nightlife scene. We called several times leading up to our stay and nobody ever answered. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was watching a show on her cell. She was very friendly once she finally let us into the lobby. The fire alarm went off several times for no apparent reason and the elevator worked every other time we needed it. Also, parking is $50 per day.

We walked here while waiting for our other hotel room to be ready. Enjoyed a great lunch. The service was a little slow but it was well worth it. Nice atmosphere. The Nachos DID NOT disappoint at all, amazing flavor! I had the fish entree of the day. The broccoli is unchained and amazing. Fish was well flavored and grilled and the rice was easily a full bowl full.

I stayed at this hotel for ULTRA MUSIC FESTIVAL weekend (March 26-30). I arrived earlier than my check in time & the front desk lady MICHELLE was so sweet and kind the minute I walked in! I LOVE MICHELLE!!!❤️❤️ She let me check in early which was great! I was able to put my things away early & get downstairs to enjoy the event that was going on at the bar. I had the BEST TIME staying here! Everyone was so accommodating & so nice!! I don't think I've ever had such a great experience at any other hotel that I've stayed at in Miami. Each day I came down, Michelle was so energetic & smiling as she greeted me every day of my stay- it was like she was my new best friend for the weekend! & I loved that about her!! I can not say enough GOOD THINGS about Michelle!! Yall are lucky to have her!! I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND staying here, & I can't wait to come back & see my friend MICHELLE!💜🙏🏻😘
